Week 1

Group members briefly go through each parent sets challenges and what they wish to learn from this process. Matt goes through the process of discussing the framework as a whole.

Week 2

Matt reviews family of origin dynamics in further detail and how these can be creeping into your current dynamic. He also goes into further detail on how this may be limiting or contributing substantially to the dysfunctional pattern you are finding your family in.

Week 3

We discuss and identify areas in which you need to build rapport with your kids. Matt breaks down areas you may overlook and give you direct strategies to start implementing to get back the loving and close relationship you and your kids need.

Week 4

Here we explore more in detail the core components that are more than likely missing from your current parenting approach. Matt goes into depth about how these can start to practically be used in order to reduce power struggles and start to create a healthier family hierarchy. 

Week 5

This week the group goes over strategic ways to stop power struggles that are counterintuitive. Matt helps you boil out all of the bullsh!t and focus on the core principles you are trying to instill in your kids. No more arguing details and semantics.

Week 6

This week we go through how you will start to shift away from compliance based parenting and focus more on accountability. Matt goes further into detail about using consequences more strategically to create reflection, responsibility, and problem solving. You will also be able to understand how to be tactical in establishing limits, boundaries, and consequences unlike anything you have seen before. 

Week 7

Matt reviews questions and specific situations that group members run into in order to apply the emotionally strategic framework successfully. Other group members learn from one another's situations and scenarios.

When does the group start?

  • It is on an on going basis. Each participant starts when they are able to get started.

How long are the group coaching calls?

  • 60 Minutes

I want to make sure that my specific situation can get addressed. Will that happen during the weekly coaching calls?

  • YES! The night prior we ask that people send questions and situations that they are in in order to address them specifically.

Do both parents need to be involved and active in the process or weekly calls?

  • NO! I have implemented this system with single parents or with parents that are divorced and struggling with co-parenting. All have been successful.

Do I have to share a ton of personal information during the group?

  • Everyone is welcome to share as much or as little as they want. The value of a group is you can get better understanding of your own situation through examples of others you may not be as emotionally influenced by.

How do I know that this will even be helpful for my situation?

  • We are interviewing all group members who want to join to make sure that they are a good fit.

What if I can't make one of the coaching calls?

  • We will be recording all of the calls in order for you to still get all the value as if you were still there.

My child has a specific diagnosis and I am worried that it may not work for their specific symptoms.

  • The system was designed for kids between the ages of 5-18. As long as they have verbal comprehension and are not cognitively impaired this group will be helpful in your parenting. We also work with parents of young adults who are failing to launch.

Is there a refund policy?

  • We are personally interviewing all people for this program to make sure we are a good fit for you. We will not take anyone into the group we do not believe we can help thats beyond the value they are paying.
